I woke up at 7.30 and first thing after a shower, i turned to bernama for any early morning updates. This time, it wasnt good. A lady i had admired so much over thelast few year not only for her personal character but for the courage she showed in battling cancer, has made a calling to Almighty! This is a great Loss to us, God indeed takes the best souls away earlier! Thestar eventually places a notice on this that read -

Prime Minister's wife dies!

Breast Cancer: Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's wife died Thursday after a nearly four-year battle with breast cancer. She was 64. Members of the public can pay their last respects at Seri Perdana between 11am and 4pm.

Our prayers go to Pak Lah and family, may they have all the support and will to go through this difficult times. The nation is grieving with you. I hope he has the courage and strength to continue leading this country!
